
Richard Weiss received his
Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University in 1976.
He then moved to Washington, where he obtained his law degree from
the University of Puget Sound (now Seattle University School of Law)
in 1980.
Since 1980, he has limited his practice
to representing injured persons in Workers Compensation, Personal
Injury and Longshore cases.
Mr. Weiss is a member of the Washington
State Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association,
Washington State Association of Justice, and American Association
for Justice. He has served as Chair of the Workers Compensation
Section of the Washington State Association of Justice and given
presentations involving Workers Compensation and Longshore issues.
He is also AV Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Weiss is married with two children.
He and his family enjoy skiing, swimming and traveling. |
